Weekend Flicks

I was home solo for the entire weekend, so instead of Christmas shopping or running errands like I probably should've done, I rented movies and relaxed. Ah, it was lovely.  And so were all of these films.  I enjoyed each of them in their own unique way.

Seen any good flicks lately? 

With awards season right around the corner and the Oscars close behind, I try to see most of the nominated films.  Though that goal seems a little farfetched right now, I'm so behind!

  1. My sister in law & her husband are movie fanatics & they have a similar goal if not the exact same goal.

    I was on my own for the weekend a while back & I watched a couple movies & relaxed myself. Sometimes being on your own is nice!

  4. Bailey - I thought it was beautiful, but you're right, it's a slow moving film. I think the director wants his audience to fill the space with their own thoughts and memories. I loved it!
